A young model aged 23 has been remanded in custody in Milan on suspicion of harassing, beating and forcing his ex-girlfriend to perform sexual acts over a period of months.

On Tuesday, officers from the Milan municipal police arrested a 23-year-old man who works as a model for a well-known high fashion brand. The operation was carried out on the authority of a judge who ordered the young man's transfer to prison. The charges against him concern continuous harassment, aggravated assault and sexual coercion against his ex-girlfriend.
The investigation was conducted by the unit specialising in the protection of women and children. It began after the woman filed a complaint. According to the investigators' reconstruction, the period during which the violent and threatening behaviour is said to have occurred spans from late 2025 to February 2026. The victim, for fear of encountering her ex, is said to have completely changed her daily routine.
Officers collected various statements and medical certificates relating to the trauma suffered by the young woman. The investigating magistracy, represented by prosecutor Chiara Costagliola, obtained remand in custody by highlighting the danger that the crimes could be repeated and the solidity of the evidence gathered.
