During the night between Sunday and Monday in Naples, a 22-year-old was arrested by police on suspicion of drug dealing. The man was stopped in the San Pietro a Patierno district during a patrol operation organised by the Secondigliano Police Station and the General Prevention Office.
During a personal search, officers found numerous packages containing drugs on the arrested man. In total, approximately 340 grammes of marijuana were seized, divided into 16 packets, and almost 320 grammes of hashish, split into 7 portions. The young man also had 120 euros in banknotes of various denominations.
Given the quantity of material found and the cash in hand, believed to be proceeds of illicit activity, officers proceeded to arrest the young man for possession of drugs with intent to supply.
