The Cassino Court has issued an order removing two men, father and son, from the family home and banning them from approaching the wife and mother, who are being investigated for concurrent abuse offences against the wife and mother. The order was notified by officers of the Sora Public Security Police Station.
The violent conduct, both physical and psychological, is reported to have begun in 2024. In addition to expulsion from the residence, the two suspects must maintain a distance of at least one thousand metres from the victim and from the places she regularly frequents, as well as refrain from any contact with her.
The use of an electronic monitoring bracelet has also been ordered for the two. The measure was issued as part of investigations conducted by the Public Prosecutor's Office of Cassino.
