On the weekend of 13 and 14 June, the State Border Guard detained two persons who transported people who illegally crossed the state border. This is reported by LSM.
One of the detainees is located in Augšdaugava Municipality, and the other in Rēzekne Municipality. In both cases, border guards stopped vehicles following a chase.
