Last week, State police detained a motorcyclist who, from Bauska municipality to Ķekava municipality, exceeded the permitted driving speed and ignored repeated police demands to stop the vehicle, thereby creating dangerous situations on the road, according to iauto.lv.
During the investigation, it was established that the man deliberately concealed the vehicle's state registration plate by covering part of the characters with a sticker.
Fleeing from police, exceeding the speed limit and concealing the registration plate together constitute a series of violations that could result in serious legal consequences.
