According to lvportals.lv, the State Police are searching for Artūrs Cecers, who has been missing without trace, born in 2012. He left a building on Talsu Street in Ventspils on 25 May and has not returned.
It is known that the teenager is known to spend time in Riga, in the vicinity of the Central Station. He is approximately 170 cm tall, with short hair.
Artūrs was wearing black trousers, a black T-shirt and a green jumper. He is known to walk about with a hood on his head.
