Staff from the Investigation Department of the Northern Latgale District of the Latgale Regional Division are searching for the man recognisable in the photograph in connection with tv3.lv reported violations in Rēzekne.
Investigators are asking anyone who knows anything about this person's first name, surname or location to contact law enforcement.
