Officers from the State Police's Northern Riga District are appealing to the public for help identifying individuals visible in photographs. They are suspected of forging state registration plates.
Investigators are asking anyone with information that could help locate these individuals to contact law enforcement. This can be done by calling 28675353 or 112, or by emailing [email protected].
