Ropažu Municipality Police have arrested a person in Silakrogs who had evaded arrest on suspicion of murder, according to nra.lv.
During patrol, police officers in Silakrogs noticed two individuals who appeared to be under the influence of alcohol. Upon checking the persons' documents, it was established that one of the men was wanted — he had evaded arrest for a serious criminal offence, namely murder.
The person was immediately detained and handed over to officers of the State Police.
