Biougra: 14-year-old adolescent arrested for sexual assault on five-year-old child

Arrest in Biougra following sexual assault on a five-year-old child
According to Aujourd'hui Le Maroc, a fourteen-year-old adolescent was apprehended on Monday, 19 October by the judicial police of the provincial district of Biougra, suspected of committing sexual assault on a child aged five years.
The matter was triggered by a complaint from a mother reporting that the adolescent had assaulted her son. This complaint was widely relayed on social networks, amplifying pressure on the authorities.
Investigators in Biougra immediately opened an investigation to identify and apprehend the suspect. The latter, still being a minor, was placed under judicial supervision, under the oversight of the state prosecutor at the Agadir Court of Appeal.
