The jury trial of businessman Yorgen Fenech resumed today as proceedings entered their second day.
Fenech is accused of being the mastermind behind the killing of journalist Daphne Caruana Galizia in 2017. He pleaded not guilty to all the charges.
Proceedings began on Wednesday with the selection of the jury, Fenech's plea and the formal reading of the bill of charges before Magistrate Edwina Grima.
The case is expected to continue today.
