Upper Silesian drug dealer arrested with liquid amphetamine, remanded in custody for two months
Cracow police have arrested a 32-year-old man from Silesia who was producing and distributing drugs. Officers found 138 ml of liquid amphetamine and drug precursors.

Police officers from the Drug Crime Division of the Regional Police Headquarters in Cracow detained a 32-year-old man last week suspected of producing and trafficking in narcotics, according to malopolska.policja.gov.pl. The arrest took place in Upper Silesia, in a rented flat in one of the cities there.
During the search of the premises, officers seized 138 ml of liquid amphetamine, from which according to the investigation officers more than half a kilogram of finished drug could be produced. In addition, they found 10 grammes of 4-CMC, 95 grammes of red phosphorus and several litres of various chemical substances, including drug precursors. The seized substances were stored in containers, jars and bottles — their exact capacity will be determined following laboratory testing.
Officers also discovered items that could be used for manufacturing and distributing drugs: protective masks with filters, heat sealers and mobile phones. Police officers from the drugs division of the Municipal Police Headquarters in Katowice also participated in the operation.
According to the investigation, the 32-year-old supplied psychotropic substances to local dealers from several counties in Lesser Poland voivodeship for at least several months. In January 2026, officers arrested one of his customers from Lesser Poland — approximately one litre of liquid amphetamine was found on that man. By court order, that dealer was also remanded in custody.
The suspected individual was charged with introducing into circulation significant quantities of psychotropic substances, possessing significant quantities of such substances, and possessing precursors in circumstances indicating their illegal manufacture. He was also charged with unlawfully possessing red phosphorus in contravention of EU regulations as a precursor for illegal production. The court remanded the 32-year-old in custody for two months.
The investigation is being conducted by the Drug Crime Division of the Regional Police Headquarters in Cracow under the supervision of the District Prosecutor's Office in Chrzanów.
