A man of fifty years was apprehended by the PSP in the Santa Clara neighbourhood in Lisbon and taken to the city's prison establishment to begin serving a four-year sentence for theft.
The police operation took place last Tuesday, carried out by officers from the 3rd Division of Lisbon's PSP, who executed an arrest warrant issued by the judicial authorities.
During the legal proceedings, it was established that the inmate had committed three counts of aggravated theft.
