At the end of May, the Judicial Police received an unsigned complaint. The document was subsequently transmitted to prosecutors of the Public Prosecutor's Office for evaluation.
The complaint points the finger at senior officials of that security force. According to the text, they are alleged to have exceeded their competencies and shared confidential information of which they had knowledge through their professional positions.
All of this is alleged to have occurred during a selection procedure for coordination posts in the field of criminal investigation — the top of the career hierarchy — which was opened in the last month of 2023.
