Three arrested in Lisbon for cocaine trafficking with more than 800,000 doses

The Judicial Police arrested three men in Lisbon as part of an operation against drug trafficking, according to Google News PT — Crime (pt). The investigation was conducted by the National Drug Trafficking Enforcement Unit.
The three suspects were preparing to introduce into national territory a quantity of cocaine whose purity would make it possible to obtain, at least, 802,110 individual doses if it reached the illicit distribution networks.
In addition to the drugs, the authorities seized a vehicle, cash and other items with probative relevance.
The defendants are 30, 35 and 41 years old. Following the first judicial interrogation, the court determined that they would await further proceedings in preventive detention.
The investigation continues under the responsibility of the Judicial Police, with the inquiry headed by the Lisbon Public Prosecutor's Office.
