A 17-year-old girl and a 19-year-old man were caught by law enforcement whilst attempting to deliver 49 small bags of cocaine. Investigators are accusing them of trafficking in high-risk narcotics during May and June 2026.
Two teenagers arrested in Craiova with dozens of doses of cocaine
A 17-year-old girl and a 19-year-old man were detained by anti-organised crime police officers in Craiova, under the coordination of DIICOT prosecutors. The two are suspected of having sold high-risk narcotics across the municipality during the period of May–June 2026.
Investigators claim that on 18 June, the suspects were caught whilst preparing to deliver 25 grammes of cocaine, divided into 49 doses. The substance was already portioned for customers.
During a search of their home, law enforcement officers found containers used for packaging, a bag of white powder that is to be analysed by experts, as well as money. All evidence was seized.
Prosecutors ordered the detention of the two for one day, and on 19 June requested that the court order their preventive arrest for 30 days. The case is being tried at the Dolj Court.
