A pair of men aged 28 and 33 were remanded in custody for one month following an operation by police specialising in combating organised crime and prosecutors from DIICOT, according to Agerpres.

The two men were monitored over a period of nearly four months, during which investigators established that they were engaged in selling prohibited substances in Constanța municipality. Transactions were conducted at prices ranging between 300 and 600 lei.

Following three raids carried out at the suspects' homes, law enforcement seized approximately 80 grams of psychoactive products and narcotics, including 4BMC, 5F-ABD, MDMB-INACA and cannabis. Part of these were already divided into 66 doses, prepared for sale.

The younger of the two is also being investigated for trafficking in high-risk drugs. Both were initially detained for 24 hours, and subsequently magistrates at Constanța Court ordered them to be remanded in custody.
