Police from Făgăraș have executed imprisonment warrants for two men convicted of high-risk drug trafficking.

On Thursday, 18 June, law enforcement officers from Făgăraș Municipal Police carried out two sentences of deprivation of liberty issued by Brașov Court. The measures target two men, aged 36 and 37 respectively, residing in Făgăraș municipality.
The two were found guilty of high-risk drug trafficking. The court imposed different sentences based on the severity of the offences and the degree of culpability of each: the first received 2 years and 10 months imprisonment, and the second, 3 years detention.
After being identified at their residences, the convicted men were transported and placed at Codlea Penitentiary, where they will serve the sentences imposed by the judges.
