The magistrates of Mureș Tribunal definitively rejected, on 11 June 2026, the request to revoke the deprivation of liberty in the case of a man under investigation for acts against sexual freedom and integrity. The ruling is final, according to a statement issued by the court.
In a separate decision, Târgu Mureș Court of Appeal confirmed on Wednesday the detention order issued in the second investigation, where the same individual is suspected of trafficking in psychoactive substances of high danger.
The investigations began following raids conducted a week ago at two properties belonging to the singer. During the operation, police seized 20 grammes of 3-CMC, a narcotic classified as high-risk, as well as the equivalent of approximately two million euros in various currencies.
Initially, Târgu Mureș District Court had ordered the deprivation of liberty for one month on 4 June 2026. The defence appealed the decision, but the criminal division of the Tribunal deemed it well-founded and rejected the appeal as lacking merit.
