Stopped twice, twice positive: Koper police had their hands full
Koper police dealt with the same 24-year-old man twice in one afternoon, testing positive on a rapid drug test each time, reports Žurnal24.
At 15:15 they stopped a personal car driver in Koper and ordered a rapid test. The result showed the presence of cocaine. When they ordered him to undergo a professional examination, he refused – a criminal complaint will therefore be filed against him.
Shortly after 17:00, the same man was spotted by police at Žusterni, this time on a bicycle. As he cycled past them he showed them the middle finger. They stopped him and ordered a rapid test again, which again tested positive for cocaine. He refused the professional examination for a second time.
Police issued him a penalty notice for disrespectful conduct towards an official, refusal to undergo a professional examination, and failure to comply with an order prohibiting further driving.
