An investigation is underway at Kranj Police Authority on suspicion that a criminal offence has been committed, which is being pursued as a matter of official duty. Due to the protection of the investigation, specific details remain unknown to the public for now.
In order to identify the perpetrator or anyone who might possess key information for the successful conclusion of the investigation, law enforcement authorities have released a digitally created image of the unknown man. The sought-after man is approximately 170 centimetres tall, with his age estimated to be in the range of 25 to 40 years old. Distinguishing features include dry hair, blue eyes and freckles on the right side of his face. At the time, he is believed to have worn a protective mask and a head covering, which is also visible in the published photograph.
All citizens who might be able to recognise the person in the image or who possess any relevant information about him are asked to contact their nearest police unit, call the emergency line 113 or the anonymous number 080 1200.
