In the first incident, a 34-year-old man in a state of severe intoxication threatened a guest in one of the bars that he would "cut" him. Eyewitnesses called the police, who arrived at the scene and calmed down the aggressive man.
In the second incident, a security guard in one of the shops in Koper caught a 27-year-old man in the act of theft. When he asked him to return the stolen items, the thief did not stop but instead assaulted the security guard. Police subsequently intervened and dealt with the case.
