In a summary trial held on Thursday, the court found him guilty of receiving stolen property and illegal trafficking in firearms. His legal representative, Martín Frustacci, told the press that the defendant had spotted the pistol inside the vehicle and was heading to the police station to hand it in when he was apprehended.
