According to a Madisonville Police Department report, an officer responded to a complaint of a reckless driver leaving Mahr Park and observed a vehicle weaving across the lane on Island Ford Road. The driver was identified as Daniel Robinson.

When the officer pulled Robinson over, he appeared restless and displayed jerky hand movements. Robinson was unable to complete a field sobriety test.
