Woman arrested in San Juan for shop theft with 15-year-old daughter
San Juan police apprehended Díaz, 33, accused of aggravated theft for involving her underage daughter in the incident. She was located in the Belgrano neighbourhood of Rawson.

According to estasinformado.com.ar, officers of the San Juan Police Force detained Díaz, 33 years old, domiciled in Rawson department, as part of an investigation into attempted theft aggravated by the participation of a minor.
The incident on Av. Rioja
At 13:19 hours, Díaz entered the Influencer Store with her 15-year-old daughter, located on Av. Rioja between Libertador and Laprida, in the Capital. Inside, the minor removed a black top whilst her mother acted as an accomplice.
Personnel from the Special Surveillance Unit were alerted immediately and secured the apprehension of both at the intersection of Av. Rioja and Libertador, with assistance from female police officers.
Flagrante procedure and location
The Territorial Approach Unit intervened in the situation and, by directive of the duty prosecutor, a Special Flagrante Procedure was initiated. The investigation established that Díaz could be found in the Belgrano neighbourhood, in Rawson, at the residence of an individual known in criminal circles as "El Negro Tara".
Officers went to the location and successfully located and apprehended the woman without any incidents being recorded.
