The defence lawyer for Slavi Angelov, editor-in-chief of "168 hours", attorney Nadezhda Kovacheva, stated to "24 hours" that the investigating officer failed to forward two pieces of material evidence to the court through the prosecutor's office. According to her, the attack on the journalist was pre-organised, and subsequently measures were taken to conceal the perpetrators.
