The First Investment Bank (Fibank) has issued an ultimatum to the investigative publication Bivol!, demanding the removal of an article titled "Dogan, Peevski, Borisov, Bulgartabak, smuggling…" by 17:00 on 23 April.
According to Bivol!, the bank threatened legal action if the publication is not removed within the specified timeframe. The article links several public figures to tobacco smuggling and financing of terrorism.
The ultimatum was sent from London, Bivol! reports. The publication did not comply with the demand.
