Shooting on F.D. Rooseveltweg Curaçao: police seek witnesses to attack on four people
On 14 June, two suspects opened fire on a group of four people outside a pharmacy on F.D. Rooseveltweg. Police are seeking witnesses.
Curaçao police appeal for witnesses after shooting at pharmacy
NU.cw (Dutch Caribbean) reports that the Curaçao Police Corps is seeking witnesses to a shooting incident that took place on Sunday afternoon, 14 June, on the car park of the pharmacy on F.D. Rooseveltweg.
Two male suspects fired multiple shots in the direction of a group of four people. Following completion of the investigation, police suspect that the suspects attempted to kill one or more people from that group. No one was seriously injured.
Immediately after the shots, the two men fled in a grey Kia Rio with tinted windows.
Police are seeking anyone who saw or heard anything around F.D. Rooseveltweg between 17:30 and 18:00 on 14 June, or who has information about the suspects or the vehicle. Witnesses can contact police on telephone number 917 or 108.
