The Karlovy Vary district court decided on the conditional release of a fifty-three-year-old man who worked as a rubbish truck driver. The man had been serving a custodial sentence in prison for sexually assaulting a younger colleague, a loaders' assistant, directly in the work vehicle. The court took into account his trouble-free conduct during the execution of the sentence.
The perpetrator was sentenced to one year in prison for sexual violence committed against a co-worker. Although the sentence was relatively short, the court has now allowed his early release into society under supervision. The conditions of the decision were not disclosed in detail.
