Shots fired and arson attack on bakery in Lampertheim – CID investigating
Within a few days, a bakery in Lampertheim was attacked twice – first with accelerant, then with gunfire. The CID Südhessen is appealing for witnesses.
Bakery in Lampertheim targeted multiple times
According to frankenpost.de, unknown perpetrators have attacked a bakery in Bergstrasse district twice within a few days. In the night leading into Tuesday, an employee discovered several bullet holes in the building in Lampertheim. According to police, windows were also smashed, causing further damage to the interior.
An initial incident had already been reported on Sunday: unknown individuals had ignited liquid accelerant in front of the shop's entrance door, damaging the door in the process.
The criminal police of the Südhessen police authority have taken over the investigations in both cases. Witnesses are being asked to contact police.
