The Guardia Civil of Villafamés arrested a 50-year-old man after intercepting his vehicle in Borriol with more than 45 grammes of methamphetamine.

The Guardia Civil of Villafamés detained a 50-year-old man on 28 May in the municipality of Borriol, according to cadenaser.com. Officers intercepted his vehicle after observing that the driver performed an unusual manoeuvre upon noticing their presence.
During a search of the vehicle, more than 45 grammes of methamphetamine were seized, and the detainee was treated as a suspected perpetrator of an offence against public health.
After being brought before a judge, the judicial authority ordered his remand in custody. In addition to the offence against public health, he has been charged with disobedience, reckless driving, and driving under the influence of narcotic substances.
The proceedings have been referred to the Court of First Instance on duty of Castellón de la Plana.
