The final tally of charges includes four burglaries, two thefts, three breaches of sentence, two offences of resistance and disobedience, one offence of assault against law enforcement officers and one damage offence. The detainee also had three previous search and arrest warrants against him.
The District Court in Alcázar de San Juan has ordered his remand in custody following receipt of the report and the proceedings conducted by the Civil Guard.
