During the early hours of Saturday, officers from Murcia's municipal security force arrested an individual in the leisure area of Atalayas. They seized almost ten grammes of a designer substance known as 'tusy' or 'pink cocaine', according to La Opinión de Murcia.
The uniformed officers belonged to the Special Citizen Security Group. They discovered the drug in a hiding place constructed inside a bottle. The discovery was made as part of routine checks the force carries out periodically in nightlife venues to prevent the use and sale of illegal substances.
The arrest was executed immediately. The detained individual was subsequently handed over to the corresponding judicial authorities.
