Man arrested for homicide in Caspe to appear before court on Friday
A man arrested over the death of a 27-year-old young man from Valencia in Caspe will appear before the Court of Instruction from 10:00 hours onwards.

The man detained over the death of a 27-year-old in Caspe (Zaragoza) will appear this Friday before the Court of Instruction in the town, according to infobae.com citing data from the EFE news agency. The court appearance is scheduled for 10:00 hours onwards.
The Superior Court of Justice of Aragón (TSJA) stated that the investigating judge is waiting to take a statement from the arrested man, who was detained on Thursday at around 14:30 hours by the Civil Guard in the vicinity of Caspe following a search conducted by land and air.
The victim was a young man from Valencia who had moved to Caspe for work reasons. He received several blows during a mass brawl that occurred on Wednesday at 22:30 hours in Plaza Aragón in the town. Emergency services attempted to resuscitate him, but the young man had lost consciousness on the ground and could not be saved.
During the early hours of the morning, the judge attended the scene of the incident for the removal of the body. The forensic doctors subsequently issued an initial report concluding that the cause of death was "violent-homicidal".
The body was handed over to his family late morning on Thursday, once forensic procedures had been completed, so that he could be laid to rest in his home town.
The TSJA clarified that, for the time being, no other person is being sought who could be implicated in the case.
