The National Police detained ten people on Thursday morning in the Mallorcan municipality of Manacor as part of an operation against drug trafficking. Officers seized various quantities of narcotics, mainly cocaine and marijuana, as well as cash.
The operation was deployed in the early hours with dozens of officers, supported by a helicopter, who simultaneously searched several properties. The drugs seized confirmed the suspicions of investigators, who had been planning the operation targeting distributors in the area for weeks.
Among those arrested are people of Spanish and Moroccan nationality. The available information is limited due to the judicial secrecy imposed by the court.
