An altercation in the industrial zone of Balazote (Albacete) left two adults with serious injuries from cuts and an adolescent with minor injuries. It occurred just after 1 a.m.
The emergency coordination centre of Castilla-La Mancha received the alert at 1.04 a.m. They immediately mobilised emergency medical units and Civil Guard officers to the industrial area of the municipality.
Sources from the regional government told ABC that among the two seriously injured is the person allegedly responsible for the attack, as well as the person who was assaulted. Both were taken to Albacete University Hospital. The young person present at the scene suffered contusions with no risk to his life.
The armed institute has begun investigations to clarify what caused the conflict and who was involved in it. Initial information rules out that it was a case of gender-based violence.
