Young man arrested three times in 20 days for drug trafficking in Lasarte-Oria

Third arrest in 20 days for drug dealing in Lasarte-Oria
The Ertzaintza arrested a 22-year-old man in Lasarte-Oria on Friday night for an alleged drug trafficking offence, according to Google News ES — Crime (es). It was the third time in less than 20 days that this same individual, of Latin American origin, had been arrested for similar offences in the same municipality in Gipuzkoa.
Around nine o'clock in the evening, a patrol detected a car parked in the town centre with two occupants who displayed suspicious behaviour and were known for their links to drug dealing. Upon noticing the police presence, the two individuals made an illegal turn. Officers stopped the vehicle immediately and proceeded to identify its occupants.
During the search, officers found among the belongings of one of them 36.5 grammes of pink cocaine, approximately 60 grammes of hashish, four small bags containing around 6 grammes of cocaine and a small precision scale. In light of this evidence, the young man was arrested for alleged drug trafficking.
This arrest was the third to occur in the municipality in the course of the last 20 days of March, all of them involving the same person and the same types of substances. The detainee will be made available to the courts once the relevant police proceedings are concluded.
