All the evidence gathered nevertheless points to a specific scenario: Zakaria Regad would be the perpetrator of the fatal blows that caused the death of young Dylan Goetz. The latter, a drug delivery man, would have been caught in an ambush set up by the trio.
The proceedings continue as the defence seeks to cast doubt on the exact role of each defendant in setting up the ambush and carrying out the crime.
