The offences took place between 2020 and 2023. During this period, the person responsible for accounting used the facility's funds for their own benefit, prejudicing the organisation's interests.
The president of the MJC, Fathi Ben Mrad, expressed dismay at the situation. The final incriminating evidence dated from the month of March.
