The Bolzano Police have charged two foreign nationals with previous criminal records for drug possession. The substances were found during checks in the city centre and in an apartment.

Two foreign nationals, both with previous records for drug trafficking, have been charged and released by the State Police in Bolzano. The checks were carried out within 48 hours.
In the first intervention, officers from the Mobile Squad encountered a man from North Africa during a patrol operation. The search revealed almost 10 grammes of hashish and a small quantity of cocaine, as well as nine tablets of prescription medicines and a 50-euro note considered to be proceeds of illegal trade.
The next day, an informative investigation made it possible to identify an Albanian national with previous records for both drugs and offences against persons. Investigators raided his accommodation, finding in the bedroom over 50 grammes of marijuana and almost 50 grammes of hashish.
Both suspects were reported for possession with intent to supply.
