A Turin judge has ordered the release of the twenty-nine-year-old arrested for the incidents of 24 May. The man, with no criminal record, remains under investigation for resistance to a public official.

Piedmont's judicial authorities have ordered the release of the latest supporter arrested following the violence that broke out during the football match on 24 May. For the twenty-nine-year-old man, no precautionary measures will be applied.
The order was issued by Judge Francesca Morelli of the Turin tribunal. The defendant had been taken into custody on 26 May through the mechanism of deferred flagrancy and was initially placed under house arrest in a town in the province.
In court, the magistrate evaluated positively the absence of any previous convictions against the young man, his unblemished criminal record, and his relatively young age. These factors led the tribunal to decide that no form of restriction on personal freedom was necessary.
The twenty-nine-year-old has not, however, escaped the judicial system: he remains under investigation whilst at liberty for the offence of opposition to the action of law enforcement.
For the remaining nine supporters already detained in connection with the same events, the judicial authority had already established an obligation to appear periodically before judicial police.
