A 32-year-old Colombian citizen was abducted, confined for three days in a dilapidated property in the capital and forced to endure collective sexual abuse under threat of being killed. The woman, who had arrived in the city just over a week before the assault, managed to escape after seventy-two hours in captivity.

The ordeal took place on the evening of 19 May. The victim was outside a restaurant when an individual approached her. The woman had expressed a desire to purchase hashish. The man persuaded her to follow him to complete the transaction. After walking for approximately thirty minutes, she was forcibly forced to board a van and driven away.

Investigators identified five suspects. The severity of their position was heightened by the fact that the victim was in an altered state, presumably caused by the forced administration of drugs.

During a raid on the location where the woman had been held prisoner, law enforcement found twenty-two non-EU foreign nationals without residency permits. Eleven of them were removed from national territory.
