Large police forces were deployed to Sarpsborg city centre on Tuesday morning following reports of a confrontation between four people.
According to Sarpsborg Arbeiderblad, officers responded to the incident armed. Two witnesses, Tobias Eng and Jon Inge Adolfsen, witnessed the incident at close range.
