The judges in Midtre Hålogaland District Court have acquitted a woman who was suspected of shoving a man down a staircase and attacking two other women.
The court found insufficient evidence that she acted with intent. At the same time, the judges did not exclude the possibility that unidentified narcotic substances may have been administered in her drink, which could potentially have affected her behaviour.
