In the early hours of Friday, police responded to a possible violence incident in Averøy on Nordmøre. The report from the injured party came in shortly before 04:00.
Operations Manager Espen Andresen in Møre og Romsdal police district reports that several patrols were sent to the scene. Police located the person who was reported as the injured party, and also gained control of the suspected perpetrator.
According to Andresen, no persons were physically injured in the incident. The operation was concluded around 06:40. Police are continuing to gather information and interview the parties involved to clarify the circumstances surrounding the case.
