Three men in their twenties have been arrested in a coordinated police operation in Bergen and Møre og Romsdal. They are suspected of serious drug trafficking offences involving large quantities of cannabis and cocaine.

Three young men were taken into custody on Wednesday in a coordinated operation conducted by police in Bergen and Møre og Romsdal against three separate addresses. All three are charged with serious drug trafficking offences.
The suspects, who are in their twenties, are believed by police to have been involved with substantial quantities of cannabis and cocaine. Two of them were arrested in Bergen, whilst the third was arrested in Møre og Romsdal, according to Bergensavisen.
According to prosecutor Jørgen Henriksen in Vest police district, none of the three have previously been convicted of criminal offences.
"They are clean slates and not previously convicted," he told the newspaper.
One of the suspects has chosen not to make a statement. The two others have not yet provided a statement either, and police are awaiting their accounts.
As the investigation is still in an initial phase, police do not have a full overview of the case. Henriksen states that they will therefore apply for remand detention of the three either Thursday or Friday.
The prosecutor declined to comment on further details in the case.
