A man in his late 30s was found behind the wheel of a tourist bus with approximately one per mille of alcohol in his blood.

On Wednesday morning, police conducted a traffic control at Møllebukta. Over the course of just over an hour, a total of 50 drivers were tested.
Among them was the man who was driving a tourist bus with foreign number plates. He blew a reading of approximately one per mille, according to operations leader Olaug Bjørnsen.
His driving licence was seized on the spot. After samples were secured, the driver was handcuffed and taken to the police station. The suspect is in his late 30s.
