The case: rescue of a missing adolescent
Morán, a 56-year-old Argentinian citizen, was arrested earlier this week following the rescue of an adolescent reported as missing, whom he allegedly held against her will. During the criminal proceedings, the prosecution charged him with aggravated coercion and violation of parental authority, and does not rule out his possible involvement in a human trafficking network.
