The prosecutor has charged two boys, aged 15 and 16, at Värmland District Court. They are suspected of attempting to get another person to execute someone with a firearm.
According to the preliminary investigation, both of them are said to have used internet-based messaging services in an attempt to persuade a third man to carry out the act. The intended target of the planned murder was said to be a person they did not know.
In addition to preparation for killing, they are also charged with preparation for a public menace as well as repeated unlawful threats. A third minor has also been charged with unlawful threats.
The case is now being tried at Värmland District Court in Karlstad.
