Officers of the Bogotá Metropolitan Police apprehended two individuals allegedly involved in the theft of a light commercial vehicle in the city. The motor vehicle was located and returned to its owner thanks to police intervention.
During a search of the suspects, officers noticed that one of them was wearing a location tracking device on his ankle, issued by the national penitentiary authority (Inpec), which kept him under judicial monitoring.
